Builders doesn't match up to Leroy Merlin

Builders used to be one of my favorite stores. After the opening of Leroy Merlin I have come to release that builders never really held high customer standards. Both Leroy and Builders are equal distances from me so had easy access to any DIY material near me. On sunday 4th June went to builders and purchased almost R2000 of goods just to get stuck at the till. 30min later still no answers after payment was made and deducted from my account. I was then told that the system couldn't print a receipt and therefore not allowed to leave with my purchase. After providing proof that the payment went through on my side builders staff sat with arms folded and said there is nothing they could do. Not even a phone call to the bank or a signed paper that I would get my money back. Just NOTHING! Either pay again or leave. I was promised that the money would be reverted back to my account and 5 days later still nothing. Money still gone! Thanks builders for making my decision to support only Leroy Merlin from now on.
