Builders doesn't care about customer service! At all!!!

I am extremely disgusted by the service at Builders!!! Judging by your ratings here on Hellopeter it is clear to see you care nothing about your customers, the same ones that keep you in business.

I ordered the Mobi-volt Pure Sine Wave Hybrid Trolley Inverter - Black/Blue (2000W) on the builders warehouse website on the 6th of Feb 2023.

The delivery date was set for 7 March 2023, I received no delivery confirmation thus I called into the call centre. I have been sent from pillar to post regarding this order.

I called the call centre and spoke to 3x agents that have refused to give me a reference for the call they also said that they would get back to me and still I wait for any form of feedback.

I then went into the New Market Builders Branch on the 14th of March 2023 to cancel my order for a refund to my credit card. I then called into the call centre on 20 March 2023 and I am told the refund has been made to my builders account.

This is unacceptable, I want nothing to do with this company! My money needs to be returned to my bank account immediately. I don't even want to talk about the interest that you have enjoyed on the back of your disgusting service.
