Builders ...disgust service

Order online, wait two days to be later told OUT OF STOCk with item you ordered ( why dont they update website) request a refund..... no they give store credit ( fight fight fight) told done in three days. Three days later...get a email please send banking details and I'd copy ( wasting time) a wrrk later builders call ( they lost email please resend) keep in mind this was a lawnmower specials my grandmother wanted to gift off her.... nothing my elderly ouma for I'd copies, to try talk to them she cant even understand how online orders work. Builders its 3 weeks...guess what..no refund.no feed back..quick to take money but wont refund.. hard up for 1500 for an elderly lady...lock down must have done a real number for u...disgusting!
