Builders Depot Wetton - no communication and no customer care

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a geyser last week Thursday, online it shows delivery will take place 27/12/22.i called to ask for an earlier date. I was told delivery will take place 28/12/22 because of the holiday. I accepted. Now I see that the depot in wetton is closed until next Tuesday 😡no communication and no assistance for customers
