Builders Cresta

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I wanted my washing machine to be uninstalled by the White glove service technicians.Which are outsourced by Builders. Did my research call center member got back to me with feedback. I then called Builders Cresta an employee confirmed what I was told by the call center team. Which is to purchase two white glove installations which I did at the store in the 30/05/2023. What ****ed me off is when the staff member who provided me with info. Contacted this outsourced company and they told me last minute the very information I was given was incorrect and the don't remove aplliances that are already purchased. After all the time, airtime and travelling to the store, day before my moving out date the story changed. I want my money back!!! Never purchasing from the store again
