A 5-star review on behalf of my dad:

My dad had purchased a lawnmower, and one or two other garden goodies about a month ago. On testing at home, the lawnmower had turned out to be faulty and thus began the exchange process. I can't recall the full extent of my dad's story, however, the story seems to have contained some confusion within the exchange process, some back and forth driving, some misunderstanding with the refunds, and some reclarification required between my dad and Builder's. However, throughout this process, these four individuals mentioned assisted my dad in a way that now makes him want to drive all the way from Northern Suburbs to Retreat when he needs something from Builder's, passing at least 3-4 other branches along the way, just because of their pleasant service and their ability to turn an otherwise tedious situation into a pleasant one.
