BUILDERS CONDONES LIES AND DECIET TO CUSTOMERS BY STAFF

I've been having an ongoing issue with builders trade depot whereby builders caused me to loose money due to their incompetence. I was **** to and deceived into signing a document by Eva (admin manager) who rushed me to sign the document stating it was just a proof of receipt for money refunded to me. She also stated when I had asked about the balance of my query that the branch manager Jorge Oake was still handling the matter and that the transaction between herself and I were of Jorges instructions. Upon questioning about my query a week later I was told that I signed a final declaration.... stunned I asked what are they talking about and I was told I signed it with Eva. When I explained that I did not sign anything like that I was told I did, I then explained what I was told by Eva and I was then told by Jorge I signed final declaration and that's final! I've been going back and forth with call centre agents about this and everyone is ignoring the ********* manner in which I was **** to and ******* into signing the document. I explained I have witnesses but still nobody is interested. In conclusion it is blatantly clear that mass Mart condones the extremely inappropriate and ********* manner in which one of their stores operates and lies to customers. As an international and renoun company (massmart) it is very disappointing and disgusting to see that they condone such ******* operating business practise
