Builders Client Service not Service

Whenever I visit store after checking online they dont have stock, so online system does not work. Today placed order online to collect after checking funds on my account and it was rejected due to no funds. Called customer service only be put on hold and 15 minutes later being if I dont provide my id number they wont assist. This is against the POPPY act. Absolutely disgusted with this company - Builders if I was not already using the product which only you supply I would never return
