Builders cheating their customers outright!

Recently I went to Builders Warehouse Edenvale to buy two regular cap *****s M10 X 70mm. It seems they have a new packet system. If it fits into a specific sized jiffy packet then you pay a set price. The size in mention for my two cap *****s was the second smallest. The cost R31.00 Ridiculous! I drove to Rbot Essential Hardware. I bought the same cap *****s, two fitting lock nuts and two fitting washers for R20.00 So the over charging is R11.00 I can only imagine how much they are over charging all their customers with similar requirements. This should be reported to the competition and consumer protection commission.
