Builders Centurion speaks of arrogance

I visited Builders Warehouse Centurion yesterday. I am glad I went as it reminded me why I have none visited them in a long time. I went to “customer support” (information desk. I certainly did not feel welcomed. There was a lady who was nit at the customer desk who approached me and asked if I need assistance. Even she was dismissed by the staff behind the desk. They don’t greet, they don’t make eye contact when speaking (that is if they do) in fact they all completely ignored me even if I was the only person and one stood right in front of me and ignored me. This was not an isolated instance. My experience at Centurion Builders for last couple of years have nit been pleasant. Why is it that these staff at Info desk have such bad attitude ?.
