Builders Centurion not sending my Lawnmower

We bought a lawnmower from Builders on the 03/02/2022 online and this item is paid in full and at Centurion branch c/o Lenchen Avenue and clarinet str is the branch that shows 6 on hand and they still do, they sent me the sms on the 3rd of Feb same day I paid that the item is ready for collection now they said I can only collect on the 24th of Feb... What in the world!!!! I keep calling and they can't get through to the Centurion branch and they keep cutting me of when I say I'll hold on untill they get ahold of them so ja still the same guys I think I speak for anyone that pays over R5000 for a item and then something like this happens they will be more than upset so it comes down to a case like this, guys I don't know if this is how big names do business now but the certainly are not helping getting the matter solved we need this machine for a big yard because ours broke down now I don't know what to do.. Don't buy online from them guys very bad customer service!
