Builders centurion

I bought an expensive Bennett Read fan from builder's in Centurion late October that has a 2 year warranty, the fan stopped charging late November so we take it back, they don't want to exchange the fan as we purchased it a month ago but they will send it in for repairs that I agree with. So I leave the fan,box,manuals,charger and remote as they need to test it.

A week later they phoned me to say I can come collect the fan, it only came back with the charger,no remote, box or manuals, but fine the fan is hopefully fixed at least...... Put the fan on charge over night and it's still not charging? So they can't or won't fix it and they won't exchange it. Don't buy expensive things from builder's.

Very disappointed, would not recommend.
