20 Dec 2024, 15:07I had to wait 40min at the electrical department for someone to unlock the cabinet with trip switches. The person was nowhere to be found even after numerous intercom calls. Bad service. That is why I shop at Chamberlains. Only reason I shopped at Builders is because you stock the specific timer I need. Once in two years since I visited your store and the service levels are worse. With Leroy Merlyn opening soon and Chamberlains providing top service, your customer base will reduce even more. Thats my story.
