Builders Carnival is not to be trusted

Builders warehouse carnival is trying to rip me off I bought a trim tech trimmer didn’t use it even once the day I wanted to start trimming my lawn it started smoking I took it back they told it will go for repairs I asked about my warranty as it’s only 2 months old was promised heaven and earth now they are sending me a quotation for me to fix a machine I didn’t use and their staff **** to me about a case of theft under false pretence and willing to go the legal route
