BUILDERS CARD NOT WORKING, ACTIVATED AND BROKEN

I recently opened a Builders card account after going to Builders having it activated i wend online to activate the card to my suprize it stated card does not exist i then phoned RCS but was transferred multiple times after phoning 3 times i was reffered back to the store when i got there they told me the card was not working i left the card in the ladies hands that was helping me unfortunately i can't remember her name she throw the card at my back. I turned around asked for the manager who magically wasn't available i picked up the card folded it into as it was not activated or not working now i'm asking Builders to give me a card thats working and linked to my profile don't tell me to collect it in store if it's not activated or working RCS already approved my application
