Builders Cape Gate - Worst customer service

Worst experience - We went to get some building supplies that we wanted delivered. We had to open a card and was assisted in the shop with that and placing our order for delivery.The system was incredibly slow and it took forever.The day of the delivery we only received half of our order. After numerous and frustrating phone calls we still not had an answer on when we will receive the rest of our order.In the meantime the tradesmen could not continue their work without the rest of the material.We got the idea that nobody is really trying to assist us.We had to go back to the store to get some answers and once again nobody really helped us.At the end of the day they forced us to pay a delivery fee again to get the rest of the order they stuffed up.Will never support them again!
