Builders cannot deliver on product as advertised

I ordered a Camp Master Roadster 350 Trailer Colour: Khaki about 3 weeks ago. Promise from Builders was delivery for 26 Nov. This was urgent for me, but now since last week Thursday no trailers were delivered from Challenger Trailers. Because of this, I now had to make arrangements to move my holiday forward and this inconvenienced my family and our leave planning.<br> This non delivery happened after I visited Builders 2 week ends in a row to make sure the trailer will be delivered. Every time confirmation was given that all is fine it will be delivered. We also discussed the colour. On the internet the colour stated Khaki, but Builders called it Green and I also requested confirmation that the correct colour was ordered. They promised me all is fine the delivery date and colour.<br> Despite all the effort to confirm from my side, still their promise was not kept.<br> To solve my problem: I request delivery of the trailer I ordered within the next 2 days ending Tuesday, or Builders must borrow me a trailer with the same capacity to go on Holiday, or you allow me to go find such trailer and Builders pays the difs back to me. Makro Centurion had stock for R12999. Please let me know.
