Builders cannot answer the phone
<p>i cannot get anyone to answer a simple question about whether they have plywood. The receptionist picks up the phone OK, but then NOBODY will answer, from ANY department, and after phoning 4 times, i try the head office number and nobody replies there either !</p> <p> </p>

I'm sorry for the service you experienced with trying to get through to our North Riding branch.
This isn't the type of customer service we want you or any of our customer's to experience.
I've escalated this to store management for it to be looked into and for preventative measures to be put in place.
