Builders Cancels order on day of delivery, 18 days after order placed. 14 days to refund

Cancelled my order on the day of delivery after waiting 18 days for the order to be processed. Now I must wait 14 days for a refund. That's over a month with no washing machine and no money to buy it elsewhere.

What the **** kind of customer service is this???????????
