Builders cancelling my order with no refund

Consistently the worst online shopping experience ever. This is the second time that this happened to me. The system said I can pickup my order on 27 October 2020 from the Constantia Berg branch. I rocked up there and was told by staff that the item is not in stock despite the system saying that there is stock. It is now 3 weeks later and my order has been cancelled by Builders without notifying me and no refund. What is going on Builders????
