Builders Bungles

I’ve been avoiding Builders if I can. Went there on Sunday (Rivonia branch) to get a gasket for a Builders branded geyser. Lady at the plumbing counter was so disinterested didn’t even try to help me find the gasket and said they didn’t have it. I had a look myself and found it. There are two required gaskets - a rubber one and a plastic one. Asked another sales person about the plastic one and they said they did not stock it and I should try Plumblink – why would you have a builders geyser but then not sell the parts to maintain it – it just does not make any sense. The Builders geyser is in fact a Heat tech geyser if that helps anyone. I’ll continue to avoid Builders.
