Service is worse than ever recently but making me wait40 minutes in a queue to get to the contractors desk and then tell me that the 10+ Melamine sheets on the rack are sold and out of stock is total *******. With correct sales advise and being told of the sold sheets i could have shopped for something else beforehand. This considering I had asked the sales consultant the price of the sheets before joining the queue and he said R540 and that i need to pay at the contractors till. I think it was the cavalier attitude of the staff that just added insult to injury.
