Builders at Chris Hani crossing

On Thursday I went to Builders( Chris Hani Crossing) to buy building material. I paid for the material plus the R1000 delivery fee and they promised to deliver the material on Friday. It is a Saturday today and they only delivered half of the material. I called them and really spoke to a lady by the name of Palesa, she was rude and was shouting instead of listening to me and advising me of how they plan to deal with the matter. Apparently they didn’t have the stock they sold their branch but failed to let me know.
