Builders are totally *********** to handle accounts - Do not open an account - they will destroy your credit score

Please do not get yourself a Builders Account - they will destroy your credit score!!! I have a Builders Accounts - I make payments every month, even more than what the monthly installment is. After making the payments to the correct Builders account with the correct ref num, I will email the proof of payment to them. Each month I receive the statement, showing that my account is in arrears, then I have to phone them ... it is a whole long story and emails each month just to get the statement rectified showing the payments that I have made.

Today I went to a car dealership, shockingly I was declined because my Builders account is showing months in arrears!!!

Anyone that wants to open an account at Builders, please don't. I have to go through so much drama each month just so that they must allocate the payments I have done ... and now I can't even buy a car because of them, and in actual fact my account is paid up in credit!!!

No I have to contact TransUnion and send them all of the proof ... and that road to clean my name with TransUnion is not quick and easy.

I am certainly not at fault, but now I have to work very hard, incur costs and pay hard to get my name back straight and clear because Builders, and the personnel of Builders are totally *********** to handle accounts.
