Builders are quick to take your Money But don't deliver!!!!

I Have ordered 3x JoJo tanks on the 25th of October with a message that said it can take up too two weeks for delivery. Without any communication the date on the website changed to the 14th of November. It is the 14th of November now and after phoning Builders warehouse today to make sure it will be delivered I was told no stock!. It is 3 weeks later and you only let me know after I phone you! What must I do now as I have a job to finish and Builders is clearly not interested to deliver after taking my money. I was promised a call back this morning that also did not happen!
