Builder Warehouse Zambezi gave a walk-in Customer my Order I bought online BEWARE

I bought a Gas Geyser online from Builders warehouse Zambezi on 09 March 2022. My delivery was for 28 March 2022. On the day of the delivery I called to ask what time must I expect the delivery and I was informed that I will receive a call. I called again on 29 March 2022 and I was told there is a delay of the delivery due to a delay from the supplier. i called again on 30 and 31 March 2022 but nothing. I then decided to cancel the order. Upon cancellation I was then informed that my order was given to a walk-in customer. I have email proof of this. Meaning I had been waiting for nothing. Now I have to wait for my money to go to a different store to buy this geyser which might be at a higher price seeing that winter is near.

Builders warehouse wasted my time, money and had disregard for me. Do yourself a good favour and don’t buy from their online store. There are many other competitors around.
