Builder Warehouse staff more interested in their cellphones than their customers

As a frequent customer I am getting a little sick and tired of walking into your stores to find your staff huddling around each others cellphones. I resent having to feel like a.) I'm interrupting the social gathering, b.) feeling as though your staff are doing me a huge favour when it comes to service, c.) getting pointed in the direction of a product because your staff couldn't be bothered to actually interact with the customer and lead you to the correct location of the product. I've come to the conclusion that you are way overstaffed. Too many cellphones, too many useless staff. You guys really do suck.
