Builder Warehouse Helderberg - No communication

I ordered a Dremel 3000 on 21/09 via "click and collect", it was in stock at the branch in question and it would be ready for collection in 90 minutes. Went to collect on 22/09, to be told there is no stock, but I'm welcome to take the display unit. I declined as it was incomplete. 60km round trip for nothing. At no point did anyone apologize for not contacting me regarding the stock issue, nor offer to have the unit delivered.

23/09 a Builders rep contacts me to apologize, explains that they sourced a unit from another branch and it will be ready for collection on 27/09, she will contact me on day to confirm that it is indeed available. Told the rep this was fine because I was going the be in the area that day. 27/09 no call from the rep, order still states in progress.

This is not the first time Builders Helderberg has been disappointing, but this is unacceptable.
