Builder Warehouse has monopoly and it's gone to their heads!
Good Day, This is the second time that we go into Builders Warehouse, Northriding to try and buy something. 1st time staff showed us attitude and they were not interested in assisting us!
Second time was today (Saturday 1:45) 27 April 2019. More Specifically we were treated badly by the people in the Paint Department. Their attitude is appalling and no one even bothered to offer to get the items out of stock. I was treated with attitude and not helped at all!
I tried to talk to the Store Manager who was to busy to assist me and I walked out telling him to not bother and I will sort this out on Social Media and Head Office
