Builder Warehouse Fourways - Beware of Card Payments - System is Faulty or *****

I was treated like a ******** . When the POS machine declined my card twice. The fist time when I just inserted my card. The second time the slip said declined, the SMS said approved. I insisted they call the bank immediately, the bank confirmed the transaction was approved. They refused to release the goods, they instead I must swipe until they get approval on there side. Its now my problem to get the money back . I have been a victim of card ***** in the last 6 months twice. I suspect there POS system could have some ***** on the back end. Beware. One star is a overkill. Minus tens stars is the most appropriate rating for this store
