Builder warehouse centurion horrible service, attitude stinks

I went to builders centurion today, I bought a couple of things and after paying I went to collect the pot I had bought only to find that I was over charged for that flower pot as it was on a mark down, I went back inside the store to ask for a refund and I was refunded, as they were processing the refund I saw a pine gel 5 litre backet that was priced at R60 and took it and went to pay for it only to find out that the price was incorrect, they called the store manager (white male) that refused to sell me the pine gel at the price that was displayed and told me rudely that they will not give me at that price as it was an error he simply walked away and didn’t even apologise for any inconvenience caused, I went to the counter to ask them to return all the items I had bought and give me my money back, the African lady at the counter 5 was extremely rude and failed to refund me the correct amount, I had to leave the store to go check my bank records as to how much was deducted only to find that the error was on their side again, and again there was no apology whatsoever from any of the ladies that were assisting even the so called manager was there and unbothered, so all I am saying is that none of my friends or family will ever support that brand never I will make sure they go to agree stores, Your service is horrible builders just close shop
