Builder Warehouse Cape Gate Poor Service

Builders Warehouse Cape Gate probably has the worst customer service I have ever come across. On 4 separate occasions I have gone into this branch as I live around the corner and it’s convenient but whenever you look for staff on the floor to assist there is no one to be found. I’ve heard so many poor excuses when asking anyone I can find as to why nobody can assist me. Once I needed help with a globe and I found myself standing in the isle Googling...this went on for over an hour. Eventually I gave up and left. I went to Brights which is quite a bit further from where I stay BUT within 5 minutes I had the item I needed and was out of that store. You can actually see the frustration in customers faces when walking around in this Builders Warehouse branch. It’s pathetic!!! Don’t waste your time going to this branch. Management cannot be found either.
