Builder Warehouse Call Centre is Useless

Your call centre sucks and you are losing business. they will refuse to put you through their managers and say they cant get a hold of the store, they cant put you through their managers they all in a meeting. this is why nothing gets done because these idiots are in a meeting every time i call and guaranteed i wont get a call back because .....they alll in a meeting. spoke to Axipile who mind you was very calm but ****ed me off to the point of irritation. completely useless call centre. So i asked him, if a hundred customers call and you cant get through what do you do because you cant help them, just give me a number so i can try calling. he refused to give me even his bosses secretary who apparently was also in a meeting with every in the company as there was just no one else to speak to.
