Builder riverhorse valley ...Pathetic service

we went to the Builders in riverhorse valley Durban. spent R 6000.00 on a full rain harvest system.. After literally begging the sales guy for service ..the sales person confirmed with his manager that the eco tank has a filter inside only to find out there isn't one and we already fit the system in for the client and not getting any joy there.
