Builder Mokopane Arrogant mangers and poor service.

I went to the store to purchase items for the cupboards.The sales person mistakenly put wrong items as they were stored in the same shelf.I went back to the shop to swop.The manager by the name of Kgabo gave us a stinking attitude and also shouted at the staff member in front of everyone. I had to buy the items again and take back the old ones as she was promising to take the money from the staff members salary.

We were very excited when the store was opening,I bought material from that store to build my house.The previous management was quite helpful and considerate.But since the change of management things are falling apart.No service and arrogance is the order of the day.

I want my refund Builders Mokopane,we can't tolerate the behavior of such *********** managers
