Builder / MassMart Online **** .. Buyers Beware

Ordered and paid for a UPS system online with confirmation that they had stock. I was enroute to collect when they notified me that they had cancelled the order as they had no stock. They confirmed that my money would be refunded immediately. i then got a email which said 3 to 5 days.. after day 5 no money! After numerous unsuccessful calls on day 7 their centre said I had to go to any branch and I would be refunded immediately. On Day eight I went to the Greenstone branch and they simply said it was not their problem!! After insistence and 2 hours later i had to send all my fica detail the the Builders / MassMart HQ for “consideration. I received an email back saying it will take another 7 to 14 days to “process my request”

They cancelled the order and now I have to fight to get my R11”900 back!!
