Builder have not refunded my money!

I ordered a ceiling fan and light online and paid on 13 May 2019. After querying delivery I was told it was in Durban and would be delivered. Again, after querying I was told that the wrong item has been delivered so I ordered another model to be sent. I was contacted by Nosipho and told that my money would be refunded and to go and collect the unit from Rossburgh Depot in Durban. As they do not have their own telephone number and the need to go through a call centre I am unable to reach the branch as to date I neither have my money reimbursed nor my item! The entire saga has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
