Builder express cedar square Pathetic Service!!!!!!

I'm totally disgusted with Builder express cedar square .

I have order an industrial ceiling fan "ONLINE" on Saturday 2018-12-08 and opt for the collection on Monday 2018-12-10. I made special arrangement at my work to go in my lunch time just to collect the fan, as Monday’s I’m only 15-20 min away. I got there and had to wait 20 min for someone to assist me in “online orders”.

Then had to wait another 10 min for that person to figure out what to do. After about 35min he got everything and went and go look for my stuff. AGIN another 10 min later he came back, just to tell me the item I ordered is missing parts. How in god’s name can you put something up for online purchase if it is missing parts?? So already wasting about 55min of my hour lunch, he stated he might be able to deliver it to my work, “POSSIBLE” tomorrow (2018-12-11)

REALLY????

Wasting almost an hour of MY, the customers, time to give me a possibly.

Because I was already over my lunch I gave in and give me work address. Just to repeat myself about 4 time on every little thing. Not to verify, NOOOOO, he just could not right it down properly.

This is extremely pathetic.
