Buiders Warehouse NonDelivery of Aircon.

I purchased an Aircon on the Builders Website Aug 31st and I was told the delivery would be September 11. I have been calling everyday leading up to the delivery of the aircon. Until now I still have not received my aircon. All they tell me is "its been escalated to the Supplier". This is 4 days past the delivery date. Either deliver my aircon or refund me so can purchase it somewhere else.

LG told me that their stock is stuck in Durban customs.
Can you confirm this information and provide me with an ETA?

Hi,

I am told that My fan will arrive October 16th.
That will be 7 weeks from the purchase date. You cannot advertise stock that you dont have.
I would like to be compensated with a Fan while I wait for my aircon.

No one has contacted me with regards to the Fan. Its 31 degrees the whole week. Please assist ASAP.

This is about the fan I requested as compensation as I have to wait 7 weeks for an aircon that you advertise as available. This is false advertising. There should be stock for a fan in the meantime.
