12 Jul 2019, 19:39Good day , we are contractors all over SA , to be honest i have still not found a Builders that have service , you get the odd guy or lady that is eager to help ,usually in the paint departements, today the poor service was at Builders Edenvale , i even had to load my own bag of Rhinolite as the loaders was sitting on the barrier having a conference and ignoring the customers ,the security sitting on chairs and wairing for customers to come to them to be helped
Dont think this a very good example of how it is suppose to be done , a big hardeware name in Pretoria runs circles around you with service in all their stores
