BUCO NOT WILLING TO REVERSE A TRANSACTION AFTER DEATH OF CUYOMER

My mother paid for material to builder a kitchen unit into a contractors account with Buco. My mom is now late and since the contractor wanted to swindle us of the money he laid and did not tell. A new kichen unit was built and now we found all the receipts.

We asked Buco to reverse the transaction and pay us our mothers money. As we posses all the proof and the branch is aware of this gentlemen called Peter Mkharhi's ************ dealings. However he is claiming they have already made the kitchen unit and the store is not willing come in and assist, reverse the transaction as the customer is now late.
