broken/defective and incorrect!!!!!
I bought a 386L Defy Freezer at builders new market yesterday. Not only is it not the same model as advertised that I recieved, its also been damaged and its not freezing after being plugged in for 20 hours. be very careful what you buy from these people. are you going to replace the 60kg of meat that I am expecting to be delivered today??????????

18 Sept 2023, 11:33I am goind to report your false advertising to the National Consumer Commission for false advertising" - you are advertising the more expensive & newer model of this deepfreeze but are delivering the cheaper/older version. I could have bought this cheaper and older version for R500 cheaper elsewhere. The only reason I bought it from you is because you advertised this as the newer model (per the description & images on your website) therefor *****ing people into thinking they are paying a good price for this model. where the truth is that the model you deliver can be sources much cheaper elsewhere. The store could not assist me with a refund for the difference..... you have until close of business to contact me
- Complaints regarding contract terms and conditions, faulty handsets, misleading advertising or misrepresentation, and value-added services such as call-limit agreements should be directed to the National Consumer Commission"
