Broken Promises; Poor Communication!

I purchased a Dortello Caroline Barn Door on Builders Warehouse' Online Shop on Monday 13th September and paid in full for the door and installation. The confirmation receipt that followed also stated that the door would be delivered and installed on Thursday 16th September at 09h00.

Following many telephone calls after they failed to arrive on Thursday, the door was finally delivered on Saturday, 18th but not installed. I have continued with more telephone calls to get them to install the door and am still being given the run around. I am scheduled to travel out of the country on Wednesday 22nd September and have explained this to Builders Warehouse but they do not seem to care!
