broken item returned and after 6 weeks still waiting for replacement
Karcher high pressure machine bought at Builders Express on the 13/07/2017 item returned to Builders Express 26/08/2017 due to failure. i have still had no feedback as to whether the item is going to be repaired or replaced it is now 6 weeks later and i was told it would take 2 weeks to resolve . UnHappy customer
