BRICKS NOT DELIVERED!

I am Thembisa Mdolomba. On the 15th of June 2020,I went to builders superstore in Mdantsane,Unit 2 taxi road Highway. I was assisted by a cashier by the name of Nasiphi Mthamzeni. I bought 300X bricks for R 2400.00

I was then told that the bricks would be delivered to my house on the 20th of June (Which was on a Saturday). After waiting the whole day I then went to enquire about the delivery on Monday the 22nd and was told that they would deliver them on Wednesday (the 24th). Again! No delivery was made. I went again on the 27th and was promised that they would deliver the bricks on Wednesday the 1st of July as they would only receive new stock on Wednesday. Nothing was delivered to my house today.

This is so frustrating,especially for my mother who spent her last cent on those bricks. The manager there has an attitude when being asked about the delivery,or just calls the delivery guy to come assist yet she's the manager.

I will never,ever buy anything at that store ever again. I'm disgusted!
