Brick wall call centre

My order didn't arrive on the delivery date stated on my payment confirmation. I arranged another date, and even though I mentioned in 3 different phone calls that it must be delivered on that date, it still doesn't arrive. Call centre keeps saying they will get dispatch to call me but nobody ever does. I also don't get any response from ***. Over a week later and I still don't have my order.
