Breach of privacy and contract

I made a purchase online in Johannesburg, for delivery in Johannesburg. A lady from Cape Town called asking for my address, I informed her it was in the special instructions column. But as she was online I could give it to her. She said it was not necessary because I had authorised her to go into my profile. I received a message that someone entered my profile. I called Builders because I did not authorise her entering my profile. I offered my address details on the telephone. No-one at any of the stores in Heidelburg or Somerset West in Cape Town said they knew the person who accessed my details. So Builders Warehouse has permitted someone to access my profile which has personal details including payments details. This amounts to a breach of privacy. I called the manager to to address this. The front line manager Sherise Swartz could not deal with it. She said she would transfer me to the online section. Suddenly the call sent to voice message. I don't think they know who and what they are dealing with. An employing acting within the course and scope of their employment and accessing their database to access clients details is ******** and that the resulting harm or breach will be dealt with.
