Branch Manager Poor Customer Service

I have often shopped at the Builders Warehouse in The Glen. In general the customer service is poor but never complained, today im just can't hold back. On the 30th of Oct I spent over R5000 at Builders, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone just to give me the carpet I wanted, yet in the Deco department there was 2 other consultants and I was told only this 1 person could help me. I also bought a chandelier which was R900, I decided to get another one today the 31st of Oct. I was told by the manager it's no longer R900 however on display the item was still marked at R900, the only difference being the colour (brown chandelier). He insisted that I had to pay more because the black one costs more than the brown one yet I bought the black for R900 yesterday. I was also asked to show my receipt from yesterday!!!! Even if there is a pricing error rather own up to the truth then give me the run around. I will not be shopping at Builders any longer, the reign of poor service has to come to an end for me. The manager was one of the worst ambassadors of customer service I have ever seen. You have lost a valuable customer that spends thousands for poor service and a R200 pricing error!!!
