Bought a aircon unit and still no installation

<p>Seeing that its summer i decided to buy a samsung split unit inverter aircon from Builders in Secunda about 2 weeks ago . They assured me that someone will come and install it within 7 working days . Its been 2 weeks now and the aircon is still in the box as i bought it and no one has phoned or come to do the installation . I have sign all the paperwork at the shop with my address the day i bought it for the inatallation . Phoned them last week and they assured me the install will be done this week but its thursday and still no one has rocked up . I am very dissapointed it this service and i do not like spending so much money just to have something standing in a box without being able to use it </p>
