#BlackFriday *******
Early in November, we purchased 20L of roof Paint from the Kirstenhof branch at a price just over R800. Protocol for buying paint, is salesman ask when you're planning to paint, then give it a good stir and off you go with your stirred paint. Saturday 25 November, day after #BlackFriday, I went there again to purchase another 20L of the same paint and color and the previous 20L wasn't sufficient. This time I paid R969.00 for the exact same paint, salesman don't asked the questions he previously ask, so no stirring happened, I had to rely on a car guard to help me load the paint into car, got home and found that this paint was not stirred, so it had a blue liquid laying in top and it took about 30min to get the desired color to show. No customer should be ****** this way. #BlackFriday was meant to be savings for everyone, customer service must be worked class, but the reality soaks for itself. We are not fools, businesses really outdone themselves to take the south Africans communities for fools by inflating their prices and insisting that they've reduced so we can score? 🤔 I'd rather not mention the salesman name, though my husband made a call immediately when I returned from purchasing the paint, manager who took the call confirmed their protocol, as for price difference, had no explanation for that.
